Made with whole premium sweet juicystrawberries, wrapped in white bean paste or azuki bean paste, with a layer of soft and chewy mochi skin on the outside. All our fillings and mochi skin are freshly handmade from scratch and do not contain any preservatives.

For the best texture & freshness, all of our wagashi should be eaten on the same day received/purchased. Otherwise, they should be refrigerated(chilled) & consumed latest by the next day.
Best enjoyed at room temperature, paired with a warm cup of unsweetened japanese or chinese tea. (Allow the mochi to soften in room temperature for ~15 minutes without removing lid)
