About Our Japanese Wagashi
Bulk/Corporate Orders
How far in advance should I place my order?
The earliest order availability dates are available on each product page & during checkout. All product details & information can be found on the individual product pages as well.
As all our wagashi are made from scratch, we require minimum 3 to 5 days advance notice to prepare your order, depending on your order quantity.
We recommend placing your order early, as we will close our orders once slots are full.
Do you accept walk-in purchase?
Walk-in purchase is NOT available.
We are only accepting pre-orders online, for delivery(min. $35) or self-collection.
Do you offer self-collection?
Yes, we do! Self-collection is available strictly by appointment only, between 11am-3pm. Select the pick-up date and your preferred timeslot during checkout. Please be punctual for your collection appointment.
Pickup location: 183 Jalan Pelikat, The Promenade @Pelikat Singapore 537643 (Kovan area). The full address and other collection details will be available in the confirmation email upon checkout.

What are your delivery charges?
We only deliver within Singapore (Minimum order $35)
Standard delivery rate: $18 to $25(Delivery will be made ANYTIME between 11am-6pm.
Surcharges are automatically applied during festive peak periods.
Special delivery requests: $30
*Delivery with Specified Time Request (e.g. before 2pm, 3pm - 5pm, or 10-11am)
We DO NOT allow delivery to pickup/drop-off points. Please contact us BEFORE placing your order if the delivery address is a school or hospital(this includes hostel areas). Please note that we reserve the right to cancel an order if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided during the checkout process.
**Please note that we do not deliver to special zones, and restricted areas.

My order is meant to be a gift. What should I do?
Customer's details = Sender's details (Your own details)
Shipping Information = Recipient's details.
Please make sure to fill in the Recipient Name & Contact Number fields correctly.
We do not provide & will not include any printed receipts for ALL orders. The sender will only receive an e-receipt via the email provided during checkout.
Please ensure your own details, especially name & contact number, are provided accurately in the Customer Details fields in case the driver needs to contact you. We take a lot of care in not spoiling any surprises or gifting experiences. We would prefer to call the sender first in the event that the address is wrong, or if something unexpected crops up during delivery.
In the event that we are unable to contact the sender or recipient (e.g. wrong address or the recipient is not home), this will be considered a failed delivery.
Strictly NO refunds for any of our products in the case of a failed/missed delivery. As our items are perishable, they will not be returned to us in the event of a failed delivery.
In the case of a failed delivery, a redelivery attempt means that a NEW order will have to be placed & payment must be made (Items + delivery fee), before we schedule the delivery. This is fully subject to item/product availability as all our items are made-to-order & we rarely have "extras".
Can I make amendment/cancel my order after payment?
As our wagashi are made-to-order, strictly no refunds or cancellations after payment is made. Slight amendments like change of delivery date, time-slot or address will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you made a mistake in your order, do reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.
Approved order cancellations(initiated by the customer) will incur an admin fee of 4.4% of the total order amount.
Will the nerikiri in my order look exactly like the product image?
Traditional nerikiri designs can vary based on region, season, or simply the artisan’s own vision. The designs shown in the product photos are fixed - customisation of designs or flavors are not allowed. As each of our wagashi & nerikiri are crafted by hand, they may look slightly different from the photo reference.
If you'd like to place an order for a customized set of nerikiri or wagashi, kindly refer to our Bulk/Corporate Order FAQ and submit the required information for us to send you a quote based on the complexity of designs and quantity. Thank you.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
We kindly ask that you're available and reachable to receive your order during the scheduled delivery time. If a delivery is missed, we regret that we cannot offer refunds for the items or delivery fees, as our wagashi are perishable and cannot be returned. For a redelivery, a new order (including items and delivery fee) will need to be placed, subject to product availability. Thank you for your understanding!
