Yuzu-azuki daifuku is a delicious and unique variation of the traditional daifuku that combines the refreshing citrusy flavor of yuzu with azuki bean paste inside a layer of soft, chewy mochi, topped with fresh yuzu peels for a tangy kick.
**To fully enjoy the softness of the mochi, consume at room temperature, on the same day received.

For the best texture & freshness, all of our wagashi should be eaten on the same day received/purchased. Otherwise, they should be refrigerated(chilled) & consumed latest by the next day.
Best enjoyed at room temperature, paired with a warm cup of unsweetened japanese or chinese tea. (Allow the mochi to soften in room temperature for ~15 minutes )
