Baked until golden, this hearty bun is packed with irresistable, umami-rich flavours, making it a satisfying choice for breakfast, lunch, or an afternoon snack.
 
As our breads do not contain any additives, stabilizers or preservatives, please take note of our recommended storage & reheating instructions for the best intended bread texture. In Singapore's warm and humid climate, proper storage is important to maintain freshness and prevent mould. 
 
Storage Instructions:
Best enjoyed on the day of purchase. Store in a cool, dry place and consume within 24hrs. Do not refrigerate overnight. For longer storage, freeze for up to 2 weeks. Reheat in the microwave (straight out of freezer) for 30sec to 1 min for soft buns. Alternatively, dunk the frozen bread in water (Yes, dunk, or your toasted bread might turn out dry) before toasting it in the oven or airfryer at 160 degrees for 2-3mins.
